Road trip! My little one was stuck in the back with all of her sister's stuff! It's good she isn't that big!
We were all excited (and a little sad) about the trip. Excited to be taking one of the family to college, but sad because the dynamics of our family would be changing.
Before we left, We held a trunk party for the Howard Bound student. She truly enjoyed it and all the love expressed to her.
God's favor is wonderful. She is in one of the newest dorms. The rooms are air conditioned and she is in a suite. They have a common area once you come into the room and then their is a bathroom shared by 4 girls. The rooms are large. She has a store right in her dorm so when she needs a quick snack, she can go downstairs and get it!
When we arrived it was something to behold. Students were everywhere! The were shouting and cheering and saying welcome. These were some of the unpacking crew. They came to the car and took everything out and took it upstairs to the rooms. So wonderful!
You saw school spirit everywhere. These young ladies as we can quess were representing their "group"
We are at check in for my daughter and getting her information so that she can check into her room.

Nothing like a little pillow fight to help you relax after a long drive.
Let me interject here. I am not for a child acting crazy. However, this was a great shot of them pillow fighting and my youngest thinking she could fly I guess.
After we went shopping (boy were we tired) we were ready to go to work on her room.
